After your session is complete, we will schedule a viewing and ordering appointment for you.  This appointment helps us to address the individual needs of your family.  During your ordering appointment, you will be offered refreshments and once you are comfortable, your images will be projected larger than life!  We will help you with the complete ordering process, answer any questions you may have about prints or products, show you samples of products and help you to make final decisions on the best images to adorn your home with.  This is the most fun part of your portrait creation, so feel free to bring along family & friends!  Please come prepared and make sure all decision makers are present.  Children are always welcome.

- After making your initial purchase in-studio, your purchased images will be posted in an online gallery for 30 days for friends and family to view and order. After 30 days from the post date, your gallery will expire and your images will be archived. You may add an additional 30 days to your online gallery for a $25 fee.

- Collections, mounting and boutique products are not available in your online gallery and must be ordered in-studio.

- A 50% down payment is required on all print and custom design orders at the time order is placed, and the remaining balance is due at the time of pick-up or delivery.   


We are excited to announce that we are now accepting major credit cards and debit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER) for payment, as well as cash, personal checks and Paypal.
Personal checks returned by the bank for any reason will be charged a $30.00 service charge and all orders will be canceled if they are not paid in full within three days of notification.

PAYMENT PLANS are now available.  A 50% down payment is required at the time of ordering, and the remaining balance is due within 45 days.  Balance must be paid in full prior to delivery of any products to the client.

All prices are subject to change without notice, however prices are "locked in" for one month from your session date.  Any orders placed after one month will be subject to any changes in pricing.

Sales Tax and Shipping - All orders are subject to a 7.75% NC State Sales Tax rate. 
Shipping charges are NOT included and will be applied to all orders being shipped to you.


During busy peaks and holidays, it may take up to two weeks before your images will be available for viewing.   

Most custom products take 1-2 weeks for creation and preparation before they are ready for pick-up or to be shipped to you.  Signature and Fine Art Prints are ready for pick-up within five business days after ordering.  FIne Art Canvas Gallery Wraps take 1-2 weeks, and custom framing may take up to 6 weeks.  Please do take this timeline into consideration when placing your order or scheduling your portrait session to allow ample time for production. You may want to allow an additional one to two weeks for production time during busy peaks, such as the holidays.
